Premier Healthcare Travel Companion Services (PHTCS) was born from a shared vision—to bridge the gap between medical care and safe travel for those who need it most.

Founded in 2024, PHTCS was established by mother-daughter duo Jovan and Janice, a registered nurse and a biomedical engineer, bringing together over 30 years of  experience in trauma, critical care, and home-health specialties. Their work in hospitals, patient homes, and medical facilities revealed a growing need—traveling with medical conditions can be overwhelming, even impossible, without the right support.

As healthcare professionals, our founders witnessed firsthand the struggles of elderly individuals, medical tourists, and patients with chronic illnesses trying to navigate travel alone. Families were anxious, patients were stressed, and often, there was no clear solution. Recognizing this gap in care, they set out to redefine medical travel assistance by providing a personalized, compassionate, and professional escort service—one that ensures clients can travel with certainty, safety, and peace of mind.
